About Your Therapist, Amanda Sieben

I often work with those who suffer from stress, chronic pain and personal injury recovery (workman’s comp, auto accidents), as well as clients who have trouble finding time to relax and take time for themselves. Also athletes who need to recoup for the next game, competition, or race.

I graduated from Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic, with over 1000 hours of extensive training in Swedish & deep tissue massage, shiatsu therapy, sports massage, hot stone therapy and much more.

I have completed continuing education at Northwestern Health Sciences University (Bloomington, MN) & The Green Mountain Institute (Bennington, VT). I enjoy utilizing online resources for continuing education as well.

Active throughout the community, I am a long term member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association), a former member of BNI, and provide massage at various events including but not limited to the AMTA National Convention, Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, MS150, LA Fitness and many other local events & retreats.

Over the years I have gained a lot of experience from many bodywork and healing  modalities, building a network of practitioners I can recommend to my clients.

Opened for business in 2008, originally in Dennison, MN and now conveniently located at 14587 Grand Ave Suite #111 in Burnsville, on the corner of Southcross Drive and Grand Ave. And my secondary location at 6896 Faricy Lane Prior Lake MN 55372. I’m proud to give my clients a session specific to their needs in a atmosphere conducive to healing and relaxation.

In my free time I enjoy traveling (I hope to visit all 50 states by my 30th birthday!), CrossFit, anything outside, and spending time with my husband. I am an active volunteer for Wags & Whiskers Animal Rescue.
